On August 31, 2017, Dana Hospitality officially re-opened the Balmoral Hall School Dining Hall.
After an extensive renovation this past summer, the food service team is excited to present new, healthy options to the BH community. Additionally, the speed of service will increase with our new "grab and go" format.
After an extensive renovation this past summer, the food service team is excited to present new, healthy options to the BH community. Additionally, the speed of service will increase with our new "grab and go" format.
Participants in the lunch program will be entitled to one entree of their choice, including a hot, freshly plated daily selection or several cold options (e.g. sandwiches, salads) prepared and packaged earlier in the day. Additionally, diners will be able to select two side dishes from a number of ready to go options that will still offer plenty of choice, while speeding up service.
Early reception from our students and their parents at a special re-opening dinner on the 31st was excellent - with many remarking on how good the food was. Everyone also agreed that the new decor was welcoming, stylish, and comfortable.
We can't wait for school to start next week, so that all our students can experience the brand new dining hall!
