Stacey Grocholski

Ms Stacey Grocholski has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Recreation Management, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership. With more than 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector as an executive director, her role includes leading and coaching staff and volunteers, board governance, financial management, public relations, strategy and analysis, and operations management.

Ms Grocholski joined our Board of Governors in 2016 as President of Balmoral Hall Parent Association (BHPA), a role in which she served from 2016–2018. Her daughter, Kennedy, is in Grade 7.

“Enrolling my daughter in Junior Kindergarten, I knew right from the start Balmoral Hall School was the place for her to learn and develop values like kindness, caring, resilience, risk-taking, and innovation,” asserts Ms Grocholski. “As a parent and a volunteer, reflecting on the past six years, the growth I have seen at Balmoral Hall School simply does not happen without the right people in the right place at the right time. I have been enlightened by the strength, perseverance, and confidence of staff and volunteers.”
