Balmoral Hall School admits students for the upcoming September on a continuous basis. Applications are accepted year-round, but we encourage applicants to apply as early as possible as space in each grade as well as our boarding facilities is limited.
The purpose of the admissions process is to help future students and their families become more familiar with Balmoral Hall and to help the school get to know the student. Our Admissions Team works closely with families to make the application process as straightforward as possible.
Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Once you begin an online application, you will be asked to create a username and password to apply online and stay connected with the school throughout the process. The login information will be important to have through the process.
For the online admission application process, families will need to complete the following:
- Student Information
- Family Information Section
- Student Questionnaire
- Parent Questionnaire
- Upload applicant’s report cards for the past two years
- Upload applicant’s birth certificate (if applicable)
- Applications also require the teacher recommendation forms to be completed and submitted to us as part of the application.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee: $175 CAD
Step 2: After Receipt of Application
2 and 3 years BH Beginnings
Once we receive your completed application, you will be contacted by a member of the Admissions team to arrange an interview.
JK to Grade 5 Junior School
Once we receive your completed application, you will be contacted by a member of the Admissions team to arrange for an interview and assessment.
Grades 6-8 Middle School and Grades 9 to 12 Senior School
Once we receive your completed application, you will be contacted by a member of the Admissions team to arrange for an assessment and interview.
