As the countdown to Fall 2021 begins, we are delighted to share an important announcement regarding the Balmoral Hall School uniform store. Greater ease in online shopping has been considerable throughout the past 18 months. We have heard from families that the convenience of shopping online for their daughter’s uniform would be beneficial for several reasons.
Recognizing your demand for uncomplicated order management, we will be transitioning all uniform orders to Shopify, effectiveMonday, August 23.
Beginning Saturday, August 7, the uniform store will temporarily close, with the previously used Formstack link becoming inactive, as we transition our inventory to Shopify.
Returns and exchanges will not be processed until after Monday, August 23.
Families who are currently expecting backorders, as well as families who have recently placed uniform orders via Formstack, which have yet to be fulfilled, will receive more information from us next week.
Once our online store becomes operational – Monday, August 23 – uniform purchases must be made via Shopify or in-person (as COVID-19 public health measures allow).
Orders will no longer be accepted by email, nor by phone.
Orders will no longer be charged to student accounts; however, as for returns, any purchases charged to a student account before Saturday, August 7 will be eligible to receive a credit to that student account as the initial method of payment.
