The Physical Education and Healthy Lifestyles Pillar focuses on educating the whole person and prepares students to be healthy and make informed choices as identified in the IB attributes of Health and Social Education.

Students should be physically active on a regular basis in order to develop personal health and fitness. Student participation in active, hands-on, and meaningful experiences is an essential part of their learning process. It also provides enhancement of mental energy and academic performance while promoting the philosophy of Active Healthy Lifestyles.
