The Personal Management and Leadership Pillar embraces the IB Approaches to Learning and provides students with the transdisciplinary skills to enable them to take responsibility for their own learning. This involves teaching "student engagement" skills, attitudes and practices that are required to become successful learners. Students are actively involved in learning effective study skills and making good decisions using critical thinking skills.
