Balmoral Hall School is a non-profit organization accountable to a Board of Governors, who set broad school policies that shape the direction of the school. The Head of School, Claire Sumerlus, guides the school's vision and programs, and oversees all school operations.

In October 2004, Ms Sumerlus was elected President of the Canadian Association of Independent Schools. Click here to read more.
